1. First you submit your cv to HR department and if selected you get an interview witch will probably take several days. After the interview you will again have a very long waiting period. It all goes down to the fact of either someone resigned or fired

1. why do you want to work in a bank. 2. What can you do for the bank.other than that it wasn't a real interview since they we're in need of hiring people as soon as possible due to collective resigns.
