Standard behavioral-based questions asked by a recruiter. I was also provided with an overview of the role, organization, compensation package and interview steps. I did not advance past the phone screen and as such, can not provide additional detail.

One week after applying I've received an invite for the phone interview. I was asked questions about qualifications, skills, work history and relevant experience. Of course there was a question ^ How did I hear about the company?".
