It was simple. I went to the front and said I had an interview. I was sat down by the manager and was asked questions on myself. then I was given a paper to fill out. Handshake, depart. I had a second interview that was practically the same, but instead of meeting with the shifting manager it was now the store manager.

The general manager will call you in if they are interested. It is a very casual interview. They ask you questions based upon customer service. The interview takes about 20 minutes total. I knew right on the spot that I was hired.
