I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread in Feb 2013
Interview
Easy with very minimal questions. If you look normal and pretty you get the job. If you have any visible tattoo's, body piercing's and, hair that they feel is not normal or too extreme you are automatically disqualified. it is not just my opinion, it is discussed at our manager meetings.

Question 1
What are your hobbies, do you have customer service and food experience is pretty much it. That is all they really want to know, besides your overall appearance the rest is just idle conversation.
Easy and straight forward questions, often directed towards conflict management and organizational skills. Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected. Casual dress atmosphere and comfortable setting. Overall a very average and pleasant experience.
