Very casual interview which was done in the cafe. Manager was very friendly and read off of a pre-set list of questions, but also added her own about my interests and what I do in my free time.

Why do you want to work as an associate for Panera Bread.
It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.

The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
