It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

One interview that was around 30 minutes, then the second round we basically discussed simple stuff like whether or not I've been convicted and etc. I interviewed at a rather far away panera bread location, but overall the process was very easy and the intervierer(my boss) was very nice.

The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
