I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
It was quick, lasted maybe 15 minutes? The manager interviewing me was very nice but asked some odd questions. For example "if you were an animal, what kind would you be?", "what's your favorite color?". The whole thing felt kind of unprofessional and they only really seemed focused on the fact that I am still in high school with a very open schedule.
Very short and brief, they don't look at your application until the interview, which is disappointing since they were looking for longer-term candidates instead of seasonal. If looking for seasonal work, make sure to ask if they are hiring for seasonal employees before applying!
30 minute interview with 10 behavioral questions with the manager and a crew member present. Was held in the dining room and was business casual attire. Pleasant experience with great people
Pretty simple basic interview what hours I was was looking for and when i could work . if I could work weekends the usual basic stuff . What I liked to do with my free time and any hobbies I enjoy
