The interview was Very quick and easy. They asked Typical questions for hospitality businesses. The employer who interviewed me was very kind and inviting and did not make the process intimidating at all.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Louisville, KY) in July 2011
Interview
The hiring and interview process is very informal. It takes very little to be hired by Panera outside of a great smile and what would appear to be a friendly demeanor. if you can fake it, you'll at least make it in the door.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most difficult part of the hiring process is the personality assessment you'll take online. If you pass this test, then Panera will call you. Most likely multiple stores as they are always in need of people.
Asked questions regarding food safety and why I wanted the job , also discussed how my schedule would look if I were to get the job. I was then told I would be given a call regarding the decision whether I got the job or not
Great process very easy and they really try and fast track the hiring process. It is usually with a couple of the managers who will be overseeing your day to day.
