Interview
I applied online and the process took 3 days. Received a phone call the day after applying to come in for an interview the next day. Interviewed with the assistant manager and she asked the basic questions about availability and experience. Also asked what my favorite take out food was. I was asked to come back the next day for a second interview with the general manager. He asked the same questions about availability and what my responsibilities were at previous jobs. I was offered the position at the end of the interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The interview was sitting down with the general manager. The job offered on the spot. Cafe associates were largely high school students. Interview reflected ability to show up on time and be trainable.
I applied online and was reached out for an interview a couple days later. We briefly went over my resume and talked about availability and interest. The meeting with the general manager was only about 15 minutes - 30 minutes long.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Melbourne, FL) in Mar 2025
Interview
Interviewer (who was the manager at the time) was a nice person, charming in the way he spoke, understanding, a good listener, and good speaker. I didn't get the job, but he was still very charitable when interviewing me.
