Multiple questions like why do you want to work here, what qualities do you have, how are you in a fast pace work environment, etc. The interview was like any other job interview would be. Pretty much, the hiring manager had my submitted application with her on hand and was looking through it and from there asked me a series of questions to which I promptly answered.

The interview was fairly simple and straight forward. We met in person at one of the owners franchised locations for the initial interview, and was hired to train as a baker to lead their new location.

Interview
Very relaxed interview, asked me basic questions and availability. They offered me a job on the spot however, it was not the position I applied for. I couldn't make the hours work that they wanted so I declined.
I submitted the application in the store and had an interview with the manager within a week. I received an offer via phone call the next day. Overall smooth process.
