I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2017
Interview
In person, asked about availability, class schedule, and transportation. Asked about any prior experience. Only lasted about 15 mins. Got the job offer later that same day and accepted it (this was in 2010). Easy interview over all.. asked if anyone I knew was looking for work.
I was then invited for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and team members. This interview lasted about an hour and consisted of behavioral and situational questions, exploring how I would handle various work scenarios. The interviewers were professional and kind
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Statesboro, GA) in Aug 2020
