Basically he asked me to tell him a little about me and my schedule and what days I would be available and mostly small talk. He also told me a little about the company.

What do you know about our company? Why do you want to work here? Out of all of your attributes what do you think is the weakest?
It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.

The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
