I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Cedar Rapids, IA) in July 2015
Interview
Online and email. Very nice people. Willing to send emails promptly in return to questions or concerns. Three step interview and application process. Sounds like a nice corporation to be employed by if deciding to work in this field.
Pretty easy process, usually only have two interviews. They typically ask about previous job experiences and how you handle conflict. One with the DM and another with the RM. Both were done virtually but can also be completed in person.

I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Burnsville, MN)
Interview
It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit? (Recruiter had reached out to me hasn’t told me what company the role was with yet, just sent a vague description)
