Just asked me general questions, about my weaknesses/best attributes ect. they asked at the end if i had any questions, I'm pretty sure that anyone can get hired at panera provided you aren't a criminal or just sketchy as heck. it was the worlds easiest interview, theres no need to study for it or anything haha. super easy
