It was alright. Everyone was pretty chill and nice. Sometimes it was fun, sometimes it wasnt. But overall not a bad experience at all. The interview was honestly very easy. They just asked about my previous experiences in service related jobs or extracurriculars that could relate to it. I ended up getting an offer the next week
I interviewed at Panera Bread (Virginia Beach, VA)
Interview
The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
