I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Wesley Chapel, FL) in June 2015
Interview
Applied online and got a call for an interview about a week later. I came in and told a cashier I was there for an interview. I was offered a free drink and waited for the manager to show up. The interview itself was extremely short- less than 5 minutes. She mainly asked about my availability and what I liked about Panera. She said she would let me know if I got the job after she went through a few other applications. So in other words I didn't get the job.
It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Naperville, IL) in May 2021
Interview
They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Middletown, NY)
Interview
The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
