I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Green Tree, Allegheny, PA) in Sept 2015
Interview
I turned in my application and got a call the next day to set up an interview. I attended the interview and was given a date for orientation. Orientation basically just involved going over and signing paperwork and such. At the end I was given a schedule for training which lasted about a week. After training it was work as usual.
Very short and brief, they don't look at your application until the interview, which is disappointing since they were looking for longer-term candidates instead of seasonal. If looking for seasonal work, make sure to ask if they are hiring for seasonal employees before applying!
30 minute interview with 10 behavioral questions with the manager and a crew member present. Was held in the dining room and was business casual attire. Pleasant experience with great people
Pretty simple basic interview what hours I was was looking for and when i could work . if I could work weekends the usual basic stuff . What I liked to do with my free time and any hobbies I enjoy
