Interview
The process happened very quickly after I applied for the position online. I was contacted a couple of days after I applied and we scheduled an in-person interview for me to come to their office and interview with the hiring manager.
Easy going managers in the interview room - could tell they wanted to get a feel for personality and how we would work as a team. Some sports focused questions, but mainly just gaging my experience, interest, capabilities, organization, and team chemistry.
