Eric was very down to Earth. The process was energetic and light. He was open with what was expected of me and answered all my questions about what I would be doing. He also cared about who I was and not only how I would benefit the company, but how I too would benefit from my time and experience with Pantheon.

Question 1
What future goals do you have (professional and personal)?
Name an experience that altered your life?
I applied online. I interviewed at Pantheon Tile (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
I interviewed in November 2020 and I proceeded to the fourth and the final stage. Before 40 minutes from the last interview, I was called and told that another candidate was chosen. No explanation apart from that. I would not recommend to anyone to spend time with that company. Their attitude was very unprofessional. At least they can decide after the final interview not 40 minutes ago from our meeting.
Thank you for interviewing with us and your feedback on our interview process. We valued your time and did not want to waste it in a Zoom video interview when we had already determined a different candidate, who was also in the final stages of the interview process, was a better fit for the position. We will take your comments into consideration in our interview process going forward so as to give our job candidates the best possible interviewing experience. We hope you are successful in finding the right position and staying safe in these unprecedented times.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pantheon Tile (Carrollton, TX) in May 2013
Interview
They met with me twice, did an extensive background check, and were very kind and sincere. Be prepared and study the company so you can answer questions. The staff is like a family so be likeable and real. They are straight to the point which I found was very great and professional.
