One quick 25 minute phone interview with HR and then one hour interview with prospective boss to gain insight on experience and tech questions if they decide to move onto next round. Very simple and efficient.
One initial recruiter call which lasted 30 minutes.
Following that, a second call with the hiring manager which was around 1 hour.
Third round is a take home skill test which was said to take under a few hours to complete, but I didn't get that far.

I had a simple first round with the recruiter. She was very nice and the company offers remote work. She asked questions about current role and what i'm looking for - there were no hard questions.
