Interview
Very quick, informal and relaxed. Involved going over the job requirements and clarifying any queries I had with the general manager. I then had a tour around the building and met some of my colleagues.

It went well, they were very polite and asked about my experience in customer service and we talked about availability then was told to start my training. Amazing! I just came to check something out
