I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Papa John's (Phoenix, AZ) in Sept 2014
Interview
Brief, to the point, professional, friendly. He asked my name, if I could make pizza, if I am a good team player, why did I leave my last job, and what my availability was. He asked me questions such as "greatest weakness", "favorite part of the job" and "do you have any questions." Told me on the spot that I got the job.
