I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Papa John's (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was pretty smooth I was in between jobs and needed some cash. Pay was pretty standard but the tips were not bad. I recommend finding a papa Johns in a higher end neighborhood because tips will be better.
Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
