First, I had a phone interview. Then I met the owner of the firm and a project engineer. The interview was in San Antonio despite the job being in Austin. I did not meet an team of employees or get to spend much time gauging their office culture.

Interview
Everyone was so kind and inviting. They flew me out to the corporate office. Mr. Dawson was one of the interviewers, it was awesome to see him be part of the process. The experience overall was great.
