One phone screen followed by two in-person interviews on different days with different managers. They also need to speak to two references who worked with you before between the two interviews.

Was quick and in person. They have specific days and time you can walk in to interview. And then you can be pushed through to the 2 day and meet the General manager

Interesting interview, professional managers, very fast paced environment with great Cajun food. Enjoyed being here as both a patron and also as an employee. Would recommend to friends and family for sure.
