I applied in-person. I interviewed at Papyrus (Austin, TX) in June 2013
Interview
I asked for an application and brought it back. A few days later I called and they set me up with an interview. During the interview I sat at a table with a manager explaining my past experience and why I would like to work there.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Papyrus (Raleigh, NC) in Oct 2013
Interview
I applied in store after seeing the hiring sign. The application is pretty standard. I also gave a resume and cover letter. A 1-on-1 interview was immediately set up. The interviewer was late by over a half hr but I stayed calm and positive. The questions were not hard. The next day I got an offer via a phone call.

All questions were expected and basic. They went off of a printed sheet. They consisted of "Why do you want to work here?, What is your biggest strength/weakness?, Name a time when you dealt with a difficult customer and how you handled the situation."
