They hold a job fair every 2-3 months once you attend the job fair the HR team or GM will interview you for the assigned role one on one, once you get the call you get a background check that lasts for about 2 weeks

Basically she asked some questions about yourself as in who you are, why you want to work for the company, how you heard about them, what makes you qualified, what the job consists of, and what the pay rate is.
