Interviewed by owner and director of operations at the production facility. It was upfront and personable. We talked about my skills and mutually agreed that the shipping manager position was not suited for me.

Interview
Very informal. Just the president as there are only two other employees at the time. It was more if a get to know you as an employee rather than interview. A friend knew of the need of a marketing director and knew I had just moved to Oregon. She thought is was a good fit for both parties.
