      Referral Coordinator Interview

      16 Oct 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Paradigm

      Interview

The interview process consisted of a phone screen and a virtual Teams interview. The phone screen itself lasted 45 minutes, and roughly 12-15 questions were asked during the screening. The live interview lasted over an hour, and more questions regarding my background and experience were asked. The interviewer also asked a lot of behavioral questions. Both the phone screen and live interview went really well in my opinion. The live interview felt casual for me because the interviewer and I shared a lot of common experiences and shared a lot of laughs. I interviewed about 3 weeks ago. I interviewed in the middle of the week, and the interviewer told me they had a few additional interviews to complete that week and that I would hear back the next week, but no later. I was reassured I would hear from them regardless if I was offered the position or not. Well, it's been 3 weeks, and I never heard from them again... I really wish companies would stop ghosting candidates who have taken time out of their schedule to interview not once, but twice. I checked the company's career openings page and noticed that the job I interviewed for is no longer posted, so I'm assuming the position has since been filled. It's unfortunate.
