Took a total of 2 interviews and 9 MONTHS to get a rejection here. I’m appalled at how unprofessional it was. The interviewer took weeks (often MONTHS) to schedule calls or provide any sort of update, despite my regular attempts to follow up. In addition, they didn’t show up to the second interview and didn’t even apologize when rescheduling. What a waste of time.

Interview
There are 2-3 interviews in the process. Candidates are asked to complete a strength finder as well. You would meet with 3-5 different people depending on the position. You would also be asked to provide references. If the position is technical in nature the candidate is asked to complete a technical assessment.
