Leadership makes fairly quick decisions if they feel you are good addition once you start the in person process. It takes a little while to get to the in person process, but frankly, I appreciated that they cyber stalked and reference checked me along with a fair amount of due diligence prior to starting the conversations. We agreed early that we weren't wasting each others time out of the gates.and became more of an interview of me to them rather than the reverse. They were very interested in my network of prior customers, non-competes, and business plan. A couple interviews and dinner with one of the senior leaders to make sure there was also a personality match outside of work as well and we moved forward.
