Very casual, conversational about my studies in school why I was interested in the healthcare industry. Recruiter spent time getting to know me as a person and student before a candidate

Interview
They gave me a phone interview that lasted around 5 minutes. She just described the roles in more depth and asked me about my plans for commute. After the phone interview I never heard back. I emailed them three times with no response.
