I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Parallon in Dec 2012
Interview
Initial communication was excellent, but it's because I went through a staffing agency. The interview was a two-parter. The first part by the hiring manager, and the second by a more technical person. I answered the questions well and we had a good conversation. The first part lasted about 45 minutes and then the other person came in. We talked and in the middle of it, he gets a text and says he has to go take care of some crisis. I was caught off a little so I asked if I would be seeing the hiring manager again and he said she was the one who texted her. OK...sketchy, but possible. I come to find out that they decided to pass on me because I didn't say the right buzz words. A ridiculous reason if I've ever heard of one. But now I also think they set up the "crisis" to end the interview early. I felt very disrespected, and quite honestly, I'm glad they did not offer me a position if that's how they handle business.

Question 1
I felt like all questions asked were easy to answer to as my experience lent itself to providing real life examples. At one point the technical guy did ask my opinion of a web app layout, which we discussed together.
