All the paperwork necessary, certificates etc are reviewed. There's a few questions asked, a couple of scenarios that need to be answered. You have time to ask questions as well.
I believe there was some brief questions on the phone prior to the interview as well, the interview itself was in an office setting.

Seemed rude and picky for someone urgently hiring and in need. Was quick. No wiggle room to hire anyone without a car though. And in this economy kinda hard to own a car with inflation.

It was fairly standard it lasted about 60 minutes the people in the office were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The questions weren’t very hard and there were about 12 questions.
