Paramount Hospitality Management interview questions

Do NOT apply if you are hoping for a confidential job search. It was all standard at the start, the GM contacted me and we tried to decide on a day to meet. However I assume they were not interested anymore since she stopped our correspondence. I thought nothing if it and assumed they found another candidate. A week later my current employer approached me and said that he was made aware that I had applied at The Point International Drive. So much for a confidential job search. However my employer was a professional and understood my need for growth and for my personal development. But there was no need for them to contact my employer. I understand potential employers do reference checks, but never before the interview stage which I was not selected. Contacting candidates’ current employers without an offer is unprofessional and could jeopardize their jobs. Apply at your own risk.

Went super. I was interviewed and started the next day. I was so impressive with the way the prpcess was and how they took the time to make sure I was to be attended. Very modern and professional environment.
