Internal recruiter contacted me, great guy. Video interview setup was - very weird. Was supposed to be a 1on 1 with hiring manager but he surprised me with two others. One guy hid off camera and barely asked me any technical questions. Other developer asked me basic front-end css questions about mobile to desktop (which I have much experience in) but in such a nebulous/general way I didn't know what she was asking. i.e. "How do you build for mobile"... i.e. answer about breakpoints, classes, rem, em, etc and she would follow up with "yes, but how would you build for mobile." The hiring manager didn't seem to really want to talk to me at all, which made me not want to talk to them and rush through it as fast as possible. I called recruiter up afterward and told them I wasn't interested.

I got a recruiter call, talked with the hiring manager, and had a technical interview with seniors. Just an hour each. I had a positive vibe from the team I interviewed so I accepted the offer.

It was not that bad an overall decent experience for an interview. Went fairly smoothly and the people were extremely nice. Was pleased with how everything did end up going, did not accept the job though
