It was virtual and I had to go through multiple rounds of interviewing including but not limited to applying, communicating with HR, and then sending my time availability to get the interview. Then, I had an interview with someone that works there and after the interview I was offered a position at the company as an intern and accepted it.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
