I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Paramount Pictures (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I Skyped with a recruiter, and was subsequently called in for an in person interview with HR and the executive the assistant position was for. I applied online through the company website. The process was very organized and the recruiters were pleasant. Everything ran on time, and they were respectful of my time and the fact that I was taking time out of my current position to interview. The Paramount lot is huge, but the staff and recruiters make it easy to navigate. Ultimately I didn't get the job, but it was a good interview experience overall. They also gave me a copy of the benefits package to look at during the interview process.

Interview
During the interview process, my interviewer was laid off mid-interview. Following this, the company did not reschedule or provide any further information after the initial phone screening, likely due to the layoffs

Interview
First you get a call for initial screening. Then you get an interview date set up. Depends on the person you interview with, but the EVP I interview with was very easygoing.
Several interviews around company after my initial recruiter interview. Included brief tour of lot and the coordinator escorted me to interviews. Met with the various executives in a couple departments
