Applied online and the recruiter reached out with an initial introductory call. After this, technical phone screen was setup with the director of engg, but one of the engineering managers called. It was expected to be a technical screening/discussion but it was more like the technical manager doing the introductory call again including asking about the visa status etc which was strange. As the other interview posted here, I guess the process here is just having multiple phone calls and no real technical discussion/screening.
