I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pared (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
It was Pretty relaxed and straight forward. Started with phone interview with HR and then three rounds of interview with management. Nothing too out of the ordinary, everyone was pretty nice and didn’t ask any too difficult questions
The interview process was thorough and fair. It was 2 rounds and I met with 4 people. The 2nd round was 3 hours. 1 hour with each person. I thought they did a good job
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pared (New York, NY)
Interview
Pretty quick and efficient. I thought I had all the boxes checked and the phone interview went well, so maybe their final decision after the in-person interview came down to wanting someone more experienced than the ad described or just a lack of a personal ‘click.’
In-person interview (two interviewers) did not not go that much deeper into my background, and if anything I think I repeated information or asked more questions on my part.
They did, kindly, send a rejection letter after a few days (always appreciated).
