Interview
Phone interview, then in person interview with Supervisor and Lead, asked mostly behavioral based questions that sometimes feel repetitive. Recruiter is the person that communicates with you between interviews, keeps you in the loop, and is pretty easy to get a hold of if there is a question.

Interview
I had to take a personality quiz and blood test, than had two interviews with manager and another clinic manager. Very nice and easy going people. Questions were fair, and pretty standard. They didn't make me nervous at all, remember to do some practice interview questions before. Be prepared to explain previous work experience and why you would make a good fit working with the team.
