I would have to say this was the most fun interview I ever had. The nature of it is that you're in a group interview setting with maybe 5-6 other people. There is one company representative who explains the company, job description and what happens after the interview if you're selected. Basically, they want to see how you act socially within a group as so much of the job is based on quickly establishing rapport with new people, having a good personality, not being shy or showy, etc. They called me within a few days to invite me to their 10-day training in Florida a couple months later, which wasn't a guarantee of the job. They sent over 300+ pages of PDF's of info to memorize/know for the training. No pass, no ship, go home w/ no job. It was an intense 10 days, made loads of good friends, still keep in touch with my roommate and having had sales training before, I was impressed with the company and quality of training, top notch. After that, we were assigned ships... time of my life, but long term, there's no stability in having a normal life or reliable pay unless you're the equivalent of a successful standup comedian and Tony Robbins all rolled into one. But met some amazing people and learned a lot. I called it my post-divorce therapy job, and it served that purpose very well.
