Interview
Skype interview. Went very poorly. Promoter called me 10 min late and then when Skype went out she was very rude and impatient with me. Before I finished my last answer she interrupted and told me I was not right for the job. Perhaps I was not but I did not feel like any manner of polite behaviour was extended from the representative throughout the interview and this person is a reflection of the company.
They send you an email of an artist you will be presenting at the interview, so you prepare a 1-2 min presentation of the said artist in the first interview, if you pass you will be invited for training which is much more difficult because will have to present over 25 artist and know each one off by heart
The interview process was well organised and professionally conducted. The recruitment team communicated clearly throughout and took the time to explain the role, expectations, and training structure. The experience felt respectful, supportive, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish.

it was very informative! there's an information session first, then it is individual interview. The interview isn't particularly difficult, mostly basic questions like self introduction. But also a few imaginative question.
