I applied through other source. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin
Interview
I applied online then was contacted by HR about setting up the interview.
It was a TEAMS interview with HR, two buyers, and the VP of supply chain.
Towards the end of the interview one of the team members asked me to repeat everything I'd said because she said she'd "zoned out".
The interview itself seemed awkward and went south when the VP asked where I saw myself in 5 years.
I told him I'd like to have his position in supply chain.
This began several minutes of lecturing me on how I couldn't because I hadn't proven myself; questions my degree, and leaving me feel badgered more than anything .
When he was done, I told everyone that the interview wasn't working out and ended the call.
If this is the culture at the Nacogdoches plant, I don't want anything to do with it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin in Feb 2024
Interview
Ghosted. I met the requirements in the job description exactly, including the requirement to be bilingual. 2 hour interview was good conversation as I was well prepared. Got the copy/paste email rejection. Replied to HR and the hiring manager asking for feedback to improve, but have been completely ignored. Very pompous and arrogant attitude. All these companies talk about DEI, but it is BS. My advice to new hires is to keep your resume updated.
