I had an interview over the phone with Adecco, the company in charge of the position, and then they called me to a face to face interview. After the 1:1 interview with Adecco, they scheduled another one with Parker´s HR Manager and the PSC/Operations Manager. After our chat, they made me the offer at that very moment, and asked if I could start that Monday.

The recruitment happens through a recruitment agency. First, an interview with the recruiter and after if selected, with the hiring manager. Though it doesn't stop in this and the candidate has to come another interview to office and take some tests. Idk about Parker in other regions but in Nordics it's very conservative and harsh requirements for foreigners. The hiring team, mostly chooses Nordic origin people.
