The interview process began with a 15-minute phone screening, followed by a 30–45-minute hiring manager interview. The discussions focused primarily on my resume, covering my experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, negotiation strategies, and broader supply chain concepts, along with behavioral questions related to my past projects and achievements.
