Extensive calls and screenings. Was told I was final candidate for position. Flew to location during Covid for final interview. Great meetings and experience, spent all day with various people and group .... then crickets .... completely ghosted. No feedback and no response to from HR or DM... Thanks for a giant waste of time and vacation days. Do better Parker

Question 1
Basic Q/A session and review of technical knowledge.
Very strange interviews by the interviewers who jumped into questions that were vague and when tried to clarify, they themselves were not able to articulate what they were looking for. HR must have trained them to ask SMART questions, but unfortunately I had a bad experience. Felt that there was no personal touch and it was more task oriented than any interest in the candidate's background, culture fit etc

HR called to set an interview with the hiring manager. Never heard back from HR focal. I reached out vie email and left a vmail on their desk phone. Ghosted. Poor form.
