There was a phone screen and then an on-site day to tour the head quarters facility and meet HR and other EHS related staff. An informational session with a group of other applicants was followed by different types of interviews (experience and behavioral based).

Two interviews and a long personality assessment were required. I don't know if this was posted externally, but I know two current employees were interviewed for the job after our company was acquired by Parker.
