Applied online. Within a week I got email from Engineering Manager to setup time for telephonic interview. I thought I did well in the interview but didn't receive any acceptance/rejection confirmation after that.

Interview questions were like tell me about yourself, what are your strengths, weaknesses, etc.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin (Columbus, OH) in Sept 2014
Interview
I interviewed on campus with 4 people at once, a mechanical engineer, procurement engineer, as well as two HR people. Most questions pertained to my previous internship experience and were fairly easy to answer. The HR reps asked a few of the typical "Tell me about a time where you..." There was nothing out of the ordinary here if you have just a little bit of interview experience.
