Interview
Long and in depth, over about three weeks. Multiple interviews and meetings with team members. Also included a coding challenge and a 45 minute presentation. Ended up not getting the position.

Interview
The recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview, and at first, communication was quick and efficient. We settled on a date and time for the following Monday. They reached out again the Sunday before and postponed my interview to the following week, asking for my availability. They then reached out a third time to postpone for the following week. At this point, I wanted to give up on this organization, but also wanted to be understanding of any possible uncontrollable circumstances. After providing my availability a third time, I never heard from them again. While I understand that this happens in certain fields, a simple rejection would have been appreciated.

Interview
The initial interview was with an HR representative on the phone. The HR representative was prompt when reaching back out and scheduling the interview. The interview itself took about 30 minutes.
